Inspection Comments | WENT BACK ON A SECOND COMPLAINT CONCERNING SMOKING ON THE BACK PORCH BY WINDOWS AND DOORS. I NOTICED PATIENTS WERE SMOKING CLOSE TO THE DOORS AND WINDOWS. THE MANAGER THOUGHT THAT THEY COULD BE AT LEAST 6 FEET OR MORE BY A WINDOW OR DOOR. I TOLD HER IT HAD TO BE 15 FEET OR MORE FROME A WINDOW OR DOOR. SHE SAID SHE WOULD PUT DOWN TAPE TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. I WILL GO BACK IN EARLY NOVEMBER TO SEE IF THIS HAS BEEN DONE. |
